What is included in a membership?
Tier 1 members enjoy full access to all classes in the GG TV library with 2-4 additions each month.
Tier 2 members gain access to monthly livestream classes, full courses, and the entire GG TV library, as well as quarterly personalized training plans and small group community board prompts.
Tier 3 members are accepted through application only and are provided 1-on-1 coaching through monthly feedback and goal-setting meetings. Tier 3 members also receive everything in the Tier 2 membership.

How much experience do I need to join?
None! We have videos for movers of all levels (from beginning to professional). Our hope is that through the range of videos we offer, you are able to build everything you need to start your floorwork journey -or- if you're a professional, enhance your artistry and vigorous train your body.
How do I cancel?
If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time. Follow the prompts to cancel on the Billing page, and your membership will not renew. Please note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership periods.
